D S Smith looked at 20six to carry out the design and construction of newly acquired offices. Being a period building, considerations were made to specification and detail of finish. The building remained operational whilst works were taking place with the health and safety plan designed specifically with this in mind. A 12 week program was achieved with the client being fully operational 1 week early.
